CCC OPERATING SYSTEM NOTES IN HINDI
Computer and USER के बीच interface का जो work करता है उसे operating system कहते है । Operating system is divide in to two types.
1. SINGLE USER OPERATING SYSTEM
One job at a time that is call single user operating system. Example – DOS
2. MULTI USER OPERATING SYSTEM
Many work at a time that is call multi user operating system. Example– Windows, Linux

WINDOWS
Windows एक Multiuser तथा GUI (graphical user interface) operating system है Windows 7 एक powerful operating system है जो windows नामक operating system version है ।
Components of windows:-
1. Desktop:-
Screen पर show होने वाला area desktop कहलाता है इसके bottom में एक लाइन होती है जिसे taskbar कहते है taskbar को अपनी इच्छानुसार desktop के किसी भी direction में रख सकते है और इसकी
width को भी change कर सकते है
2. Icons:-
desktop पर जो small graphical sign show होते है उन्हें icon कहते हैं प्रत्येक icon
computer में store programs & प्राप्त करने का एक शार्ट cut way होते हैं
program or file को open करने के लिए उनके icon पर double click करते हैं
3. Taskbar:-
Taskbar desktop के bottom होते हैं इसके right side में notification area
and date & time property तथा left side में start button होता हैं
4. Start menu:-
Start menu को open करने के लिए start button पर click किया जाता है स्टार्ट menu पर वे सभी option present होते है जो किसी प्रोग्राम को start करने के लिए आवश्यक है ।
5. Files & Folders:-
computer में किया गया प्रत्येक कार्य Files में store होता है ।
folders में store कर सकते है file name is divide in to two parts. primary name &
secondary name file के primary name में maximum 255 Characters सकते है
6. Window:-
Desktop पर show होने वाला box window कहलाता है जिसमे File और program के
content show होते है प्रत्येक window का name title bar के left side में होता है । तथा राइट side में minimize, maximize & close button होते है
7. Control Panel:-
control panel की help से कंप्यूटर की setting को change कर सकते है ।
a. Window के look को change कर सकते हैं।
b. Programs को add or remove कर सकते हैं ।
c. Hardware device को add or remove कर सकते हैं ।
d. User account create कर सकते हैं ।
e. Date & time को change किया जाता हैं ।
